More NEW products!
At CHA Winter in Anaheim, we introduced our newest additions to the Creative Cafe product line… THEMED papers and epoxy! We picked our four most popular themes: My Life, Friends, Family and Travel - all themes we use every day!
Each theme has a matching epoxy, and two-sided paper. The great thing about the papers, is that one side is a text pattern with words, and thte other side is journaling cards in various sizes! We also thought it would be COOL to have the My Life and Family papers, have large journaling cards that can also be bound into a mini book! Each paper has a strip at the bottom that tells you the theme of each paper.

Here’s a page Danelle did with the new Travel theme… Gotta love how easy these are to use. Tell us which theme is your favorite!
Make sure you tell your local or online scrapbook store, you can’t wait to get these! They are available for wholesale ordering NOW, and should be in stores soon.

Materials: red dot paper, pink dot paper, pink notebook paper, chipboard, heart die, bird die, love die
We really enjoyed reading your plans for Valentines Day yesterday in the comments. Thank you for sharing a little more about your world. We love to read every comment and we appreciate you taking the time to share.
Here’s a little garland idea using some of our popular Creative Cafe papers and dies. While this garland works great for Valentine’s Day, it would also work for a wedding, shower or birthday party by changing up the colors and elements. This is the same die used in the Valentine favors shown yesterday. Love the possibilities you can achieve with the same die and products in a different way.
If you don’t have a local Creative Cafe store near you (click here to find one,) there are stores willing to let you shop and they will cut and ship to you. How nice is that?
Scraplovers is usually stocked with the full line of Creative Cafe and is willing to ship to you. Just give them a call and let them know what you need.

The girls each made their choices for Valentines for their classmates and enjoyed making them this weekend. They will be on their way to school this week. This is our second year running for Fun Dip which is headed off to Kindergarten, but our first year for these gatorade treats which are a much “cooler” option for 4th grade.

The die cut heart valentines were made from Creative Cafe glitter papers in pink and red, cut with the new AccuCut ribbon heart die. Glue on your favorite candy treat and thread with a pencil. For a class of 20, it was only $12.00

My fourth grader was somewhat on the fence about taking valentines this year, kind of made me sad to see that. Apparently it’s optional in their class. So as I sensed her hesitancy, I offered some creative yet affordable options and she LOVED the idea of decorated gatorade bottles. We found this 24 pack at Wal-mart for $10. After adding some pink and red polka dot Creative Cafe papers and Creative Cafe tags tied with felt ric rack, the final cost only $13.50 for a class of 20. Someone is now excited about taking her Valentine favors to school.
Now I have a few days to plan Valentines for my little ones at home. We (my husband and I) have made a pact to forego the commercial options this year and so we are creatively planning personal surprises for the girls that are virtually free. With Valentines day being Saturday, it allows for some fun options. I’d love to hear from you and what your plans are for this upcoming holiday or what traditions have you put in to place with your family….

We are really excited about our new journaling books that were released at CHA Winter! You’ll love these full color die cut books, that come in two sizes! The small one is 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″, and the larger one is 4″ x 8″. Packed with 24 pages of full color journaling spots, you’ll love using them for all kinds of projects. Greta created this tag book, using the small journaling books, and our colored shipping tags. Gotta love that colored binder ring and felt flower too!

I just love how Greta used a few of the die cut tags sideways, to stick out of the tag book like dividers - See the brown and lime green ones shown here? She also used my favorite new products, the large shipping tag with journaling lines!

Danelle mentioned today, that just maybe… We should give away MORE free prizes!
Here we go…. We’ll send two lucky winners the supplies to make a colored tag book like the one shown above! The journaling books aren’t shipping just yet, but we’ll get one to you as soon as we have them! Just comment here on what project you’d like to make with our new journaling books! We think the 4″ x 8″ tags would be GREAT for mini books! Good Luck, and stay tuned!
