I hope you are enjoying our BLOG PARTY! Today, since it’s Friday, we are going to have something BIG for you. So stay tuned below for a chance to win.
One of our favorite components of Creative Cafe is the AccuCut machine and dies. If you see a Creative Cafe project in our Happy Hour projects, in a class or on our blog, chances are it has elements cut with the help of the AccuCut dies and machine. If you are not familiar with AccuCut, then keep reading.
If you have been a fan of Creative Cafe for a while, then you know how much we love to make projects from with our die cuts. Not only can you make projects that are amazing, but you can do so for an incredibly affordable price. Creating projects in bulk, such as for classes and groups is even more perfect because you can replicate items again and again, so easily. If I’m teaching a class, it’s going to be filled with items I have cut with my AccuCut dies.
In Creative Cafe, we believe in producing great materials, such as our felt, chipboard, acetate, transparencies, double sided paper, flocked paper and our new glitter paper in 12×12 sheets. We then use these items along with the AccuCut machine and dies to create inspiring and unique projects at a great price.
With such interesting materials, you can create a wide range of of projects from mini books, to layouts, home decor items, gifts, party goods and embellishments. All you need is the material and the rest you can construct quite easily with the help of the dies and an AccuCut machine.
Today I want to share with you our new Creative Cafe dies being released this next week at the CHA Winter Show in California. You can find all the projects and more information about these new products at the AccuCut booth if you are going to the show. If not, you can request a catalog and sign up for the AccuCut newsletter here.
Here are just a few of our new dies, more tomorrow.
New Album-Mix and Match #2:
This die has a wide range of possibilities. Use only 1 of 4 different page shapes or mix and match 2 or more. Even combine them all for an eclectic book. We’ve experimented with a wide range of combinations and keep finding new favorites. It’s a MUST HAVE die! It comes with or without holes.

This Mother’s Love project utilized a single repeated page and each page was trimmed 1/4 of inch from the width of the following page. Bound with the bind-it-all and you have a really great book made from 4 sheets of chipboard and 4 papers at a great price $$.

You can see in this project, a wide variety of matching elements all cut from the leftover paper scraps. These shapes have become some of our favorite little embellishments to add to a project. Easy AND affordable, yet COOL!
This is our second die in our Album-Mix and Match Series, see an example for our original Album-Mix and Match 1.

Here’s another project variation in which a felt and chipboard book was made.

You can see several of our favorite dies as well used in this project, such as the best selling butterflies, here and here. They are great for spring.

The Creative Cafe colored binder rings work great when making books such as the ones above. There are over 10 different colors and each in 2 different sizes. As for them at your local Creative Cafe store, along with the AccuCut dies.
Today’s big prize is for $150 worth of Creative Cafe products, and includes the kit (cut with these dies) for this BEAUTIFUL Mother’s Love project. Here’s how to be enterered.
